Other Non-Refundable Items: Please note that certain items are non-refundable or non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Digital products, including training material and downloadable resources.

- Products that are personalized, customized, or made-to-order.
Overview for Products: Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days for products only. This refund and return policy does NOT include any training material, such as memberships, online courses, or hands-on training. If 30 days have passed since your product purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds for Products: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a 1:1 Personal Consultation, Practical Hands-On Training, or In-Office Training/Consultation, please see the below information.
1:1 Personal Consultation: If you need to reschedule, please do so a minimum of 48 hours before the scheduled 1:1 Personal Consultation. Please email us HERE for rescheduling.
Practical Hands-On Training: If you need to reschedule, please do so a minimum of 72 hours before the scheduled date. Please email us HERE for rescheduling.
In-Office Training/Consultation: If you need to reschedule, please do so 1 week prior to the scheduled date. Already booked travel accommodations will not be refunded. Please email us HERE for rescheduling.
Exchanges: We do not offer any exchanges for memberships, online courses, or training.
Exchanges for Products: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts: If a membership or a course was purchased as a gift to you, the start date of the membership/course is the date the membership/course was purchased from the gift giver. We are not responsible if the membership/course was given to you days, weeks, or months after the purchase date and you lost days using the membership/course during that time.
Shipping Returns: To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Payment Policy
Accepted Methods of Payment: Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover)
Credit Card Charges: Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
Shipping Policy: Turnaround: All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Carriers: We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS, UPS, FedEx
Order Tracking: If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates: The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Back Orders: If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
